Assalaamu alaikum,
My intention was to download this lecture and also the lecture about the Day of Judgement onto my computer. However, when I click “download”, it only plays it as a file still on the internet without having downloaded onto my computer.
Is there a way to avoid this? I want to be able to listen to the lecture at any time as oppose to continuously returning here just to listen.
Thank you. Jazakallah.

Yes, to fix this problem what you do is “right click” on the download link and select “save target as” or if using a browser like Firefox or Chrome select “save link as”
This should fix your problem. Please let us know if you need more help.

Assalamu alaikum sister Melissa,
This lecture does not provide guidance regarding your question. It’s a lecture that discusses the evidence of the prohibition of music in Islam and its history.
Specifically regarding your question, we recommend you read the following articles
